Not necessarily! For exterior work, we just need access to a water spigot and for pets to be inside. For interior work, we’ll coordinate a schedule that fits your life—many of our clients provide a code or key so they can go about their day while we work.

Every home is different, but most residential projects are completed within 3 to 5 days.

Actually, no. You’re paying for the "solids," not the water.

Think of it this way: Lower-quality "contractor grade" paint is mostly water and fillers. To reach our 6-mil dry-thickness standard (about the thickness of a Tootsie Roll wrapper) with cheap paint, we’d have to apply four or five coats. You’d end up paying way more in labor just to get the same protection.
